MyKnow 365 from Cognisco Now Available on SAP® Store

Cognisco Limited announced that its MyKnow 365 competency platform is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. MyKnow 365 is built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with SAP Extension Suite and SAP Integration Suite and integrates with SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central and SAP® SuccessFactors® Learning, providing organisations with unmatched levels of insight into the competency and capability of their workforce.

“Our capability management platform, MyKnow 365, gives a vital and unique insight into your workforce. You can identify and address knowledge and understanding gaps, mitigate and pre-empt risk and enable your people to achieve their full potential,” said Lee Cross, Chief Revenue Officer at Cognisco.

MyKnow 365 gives a single view of your workforce at an individual, team and business line level, across multiple locations. The system allows you to stay on top of updating policy changes and training materials plus schedule targeted training and certification.

You can employ ready to use assessments, which can also be refined to your specific requirements or roll out bespoke assessments. Along with assessments, you can carry out physical observations, checklists and a number of other competency checks.

Crucially, the platform is not just testing whether people can recall what they have been told, it is testing how well, confidently, accurately and consistently they will apply it day to day in real-world scenarios.

Key features of MyKnow 365 include:

  • A multi-level view of your workforce competency
  • Customisable and ready-to-use assessments
  • The Skills Passport, making everything you need accessible in one place
  • The Competency Chooser, allowing you to minimise risk on each project or site
  • The ability to provide an audit base and demonstrate due diligence
